Dear volunteer,
The success of our event is based directly on the implication of our volunteers.
Free stuff :
The reunion for the volunteers will be held on saturday morning (time to be confirmed)
During this meeting, we will give you :
- your t-shirt
- your assignment for the day
- your coupon for your free lunch
assignments available :
Volunteers from last edition, will have priority to choose first.
Friday May 4th 2012 from 16h00 to 22h00.
- 15 voluteers to prepare equipment for competition and warm-up locations.
- Chairs and tables
Satuday May 5th from 8h00 to 18h00 :
- 5 voluteers ticketing and registration
- 10 volunteers for security and customer service
- 6 volunteers (Spotters)
- 1 voluteer Timer at the officials table.
- 1 voluteer Runner at the officials table.
- 6 volunteers warm-up location
- 15 volunteers to clean up and close the site.
