Dear volunteer,

The success of our event is based directly on the implication of our volunteers.  

Free stuff :
The reunion for the volunteers will be held on saturday morning (time to be confirmed)
During this meeting, we will give you :
  • your t-shirt
  • your assignment for the day
  • your coupon for your free lunch

assignments available :
Volunteers from last edition, will have priority to choose first.

Friday May 4th 2012 from 16h00 to 22h00.

  • 15 voluteers to prepare equipment for competition and warm-up locations.
  • Chairs and tables

Satuday May 5th from 8h00 to 18h00 :
  • 5 voluteers ticketing and registration
  • 10 volunteers for security and customer service
  • 6 volunteers (Spotters)
  • 1 voluteer Timer at the officials table.
  • 1 voluteer Runner at the officials table.
  • 6 volunteers warm-up location
  • 15 volunteers to clean up and close the site.
